1–3 years experience in admin / HR / operations
Strong organizational & communication skills
Comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools
Detail-oriented and proactive
Key Responsibilities
Client onboarding & documentation collection
Contract, invoice & payment coordination
CRM updates (leads, onboarding, client status)
Freelancer coordination & task tracking
HR admin support (timesheets, payroll inputs)
Internal documentation & SOP maintenance
Nice to Have
Experience in consulting or digital agencies
Basic knowledge of payroll & HR compliance
Familiarity with Notion / ClickUp / HubSpot
