Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Booking All meetings must be scheduled through our official online booking system. Clients are required to select a suitable time slot using the booking link provided on our website. 2. Confirmation of Appointment Appointments are confirmed only after successful booking through the system and receipt of a confirmation notification via email or message. 3. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled meeting time using the booking system link provided in the confirmation message. 4. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend the meeting, please cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance to allow other clients to utilize the available slot. 5. Late Arrival If a client joins the meeting more than 10 minutes late, the meeting may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. 6. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled meeting without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may require advance confirmation before future bookings. 7. Meeting Duration Each meeting is scheduled for the specific time slot selected during booking. If additional discussion is required, a follow-up meeting may need to be scheduled. 8. Meeting Platform Meetings will be conducted via online video call or phone call, unless otherwise specified. 9. System-Based Scheduling To ensure efficiency and fairness for all clients, all appointments must be booked through our official booking system. Meetings will not be scheduled manually via email, phone, or WhatsApp unless approved. 10. Policy Updates S&N Global Business Group reserves the right to update this policy at any time to improve service efficiency.
