Required Skills & Experience

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (social media, content, branding)
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn AI tools for marketing tasks
Self-motivated and disciplined (especially for remote work)
Access to a laptop and stable internet connection

Note: Prior professional experience is not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

You will get exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing, including:

Social Media Marketing

Creating content ideas for Instagram, Facebook & Google Business
Writing captions, hashtags, and basic creatives
Scheduling posts and monitoring engagement

Digital Marketing Support

Assisting in campaign planning (organic & paid)
Basic research on competitors and market trends
Helping with performance tracking & reports

Content & Branding

Blog ideas, short-form content, and reels concepts
Website content support (basic SEO understanding preferred)
Brand consistency across platforms

AI Tools & Automation

Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for content creation
Learning automation workflows for marketing tasks

Nice to Have

Experience managing a personal or business social media page
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
Video editing basics (Reels, Shorts, CapCut, InShot)
Understanding of analytics (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics – beginner level)
Creative mindset with an eye for trends and branding
